Krystal is smashing her weight loss goal already losing 9.4kg in 40 days she has done this by following our Weight Loss Made Simple Program and the only training she is doing is walking a min of 10,000 steps a day.
Its very exciting Krystal says ?I?cant believe how easy it has been of course you have to?commit?to it but?I?figure my health is more important than anything.I?didn?t?think by following some simple steps having 3 normal meals per day plus up to 8 snacks a day and walking i could lose this much weight.I have not ever been hungry ?the support?I?get daily has been amazing i cannot wait until the finish line i feel incredible?
